Responsibilities

·      Communicate with clients by email/phone

·      Manage client project flow

o   Schedule appointments

o   Follow up with clients

o   Create/Send invoices

o   Keep clients informed of process and next steps

o   Maintain project flow calendar

·      Update website

·      Help to maintain social media 

Skills/Traits

·      Able to communicate professionally

·      Concrete, organized approach to work

·      Self motivated and energetic

·      Tech savvy

·      Interest in design and weddings is a plus

·      Friendly demeanor/positive outlook

Qualifications

·      Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

·      Keen attention to detail

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially via email

Helpful Qualifications

Familiarity with:

·      Quickbooks

·      Nozbe project management app

·      Honeybook business management system

·      Storybrand business approach

Hours

·      3 hr, 3 times a week to start

·      Flexible within 9-2:30 timeframe M-F

·      Ability to work remotely a plus

Pay

$15-20 per hour, based on qualifications/experience
